Have you ever wanted to have your engagement session at sunrise on a quite private beach in Chicago, well I know the perfect place. Every time I capture a love story here, it fills my heart with so much joy. Not only do my couples feel at peace and comfortable away from the crowded downtown area, but it also gives my couples a chance to explore a place they have never been, soak it all in and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Haley + Jesse grew up in Illinois and ended up moving to Texas. They knew they wanted their engagement session in Chicago, a place that means so much for their relationship and I knew this quiet Chicago beach at sunrise was the perfect location for them. Matching a location to my couple’s personalities, story, and feeling they are wanting for their session is a big part of my job. After chatting with Haley + Jesse about what was important to them for their session, we chose this location at sunrise and boy does sunrise at this secluded beach makes an amazing location even better. Not only is there virtually no one in sight, but the soft light from the rise of the sun makes for the best photos! If you are thinking about doing a sunrise session, do it! I had so much fun with these two. From running around by the water, to getting cozy in the tall grass, these two were an absolute dream to work with. I cannot wait to capture their intimate wedding this upcoming August!
