This stunning Torrey Pines Gliderport Elopement styled shoot was the most magical day. From exploring cliff sides at golden hour to blue hour running barefoot on the beach, this elopement was a dream come true. Kate and Zach recently got engaged and thought this would be the perfect opportunity for some pre-wedding photos and boy were they right. I mean how can you beat a bridal portrait session at a location like this! Sara Myers Photography and I planned this styled elopement shoot together and rented a wedding gown from Dalliance Gown Rentals. This stunning location, Torrey Pines Gliderport, was a place that we both have been dreaming about shooting at and thought it would be the perfect place to create together.
I absolutely love wide open locations with various places to explore, because not only does it give variety to a gallery but also lets my couple explore a place that they may or may not have been before. Despite all of the rain the San Diego has gotten recently, we were lucky enough to have the most perfect golden hour sunset session and even got to shoot into blue hour! Styled shoots are always so fun to plan and style. They also give me the time and opportunity to try new gear, styles, shooting techniques and give me the space to be creative and supported, which in turn I bring into my sessions and weddings!
